Job Summary

Travel to different neighborhoods, suburbs and cities across selected metropolitan markets going merchant-to-merchant with the goal of placing Samsung Pay stickers on the merchant’s terminal (point of sale) and/or windows. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Demonstrate product to clerk/manager/store owner.
  • Convince clerk/manager/store-owner to place sticker(s) on terminal(s) and/or window(s).
  • Distribute product samples and/or pamphlets.
  • Travel by foot, automobile, public transportation or bicycle to visit merchants.
  • Develop intuition to branch out to additional merchants.
  • Work on assigned territory, often up to 15-25 merchants per day.
  • Assist with installation of the product.
  • Explain to clerk/manager/store owner why Samsung Pay is better than competitors.
  • Use of Samsung app to collect data, as well as filling out a quick survey for each merchant.

The job could evolve into a full-time position based on performance.
